How do I drop off my bags?
Once you have a confirmed booking reference, simply arrive at your chosen station. Our staff will check you in, tag your bags, and store them securely.
Can I extend my storage period?
Yes. WhatsApp us at 0716 017 037 at any time to extend your storage. Additional days are charged at the standard rate.
What if I need to collect my bags outside opening hours?
For collections outside standard hours, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Our JKIA station is open 24 hours and can handle most early morning or late night pickups.
Are there items I cannot store?
We do not accept hazardous materials, weapons, perishable food, live animals, or illegal items. All other standard luggage is welcome.
What identification do I need?
A valid booking reference and a form of photo ID (passport, national ID, or driver's licence) is sufficient to collect your bags.
